Caliber Contracting Services is a “self-performance” firm. By performing traditional trade work including carpentry, drywall, ceilings, casework, demolition, minor excavation and concrete, we minimize subcontracting and maintain direct control over critical path activities to keep projects on schedule and at a more competitive price.
Owner Kevin McNulty, with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, is engaged in every project and in all aspects of the company. He is on job sites and always accessible to clients. That allows for critical decisions to be made quickly, and for schedules to stay on track. McNulty has built a strong, experienced leadership team that works seamlessly. Weekly project meetings and weekly field operations meetings ensure that there is a continual stream of communication, allowing projects to be completed successfully and safely.
