OUR TEAM
Caliber Contracting Services recognizes a strong team with strong leadership produces a successful outcome for all. Beginning with a client-centric focus, the Caliber team includes project managers, project engineers, pre-construction coordinators, estimators, and seasoned field superintendents located strategically across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Additionally, we employ as many as 70 tradesmen at a time, including carpenters and drywall and cement finishers, with critical trade work being self-performed.
To achieve optimum project management, leadership decisions are made at all levels, with owner Kevin McNulty engaged in every project. He frequents job sites and maintains engagement with clients throughout the process, allowing for critical decisions to be made quickly, and for schedules to stay on track. Weekly project meetings and weekly field operations meetings also ensure that there is a continual stream of communication, allowing projects to be completed successfully and safely.

Kevin McNulty, Owner
Kevin brings a broad range of expertise to Caliber from previous roles as Owner’s Representative Director of Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Estimating and CPM Scheduling. Prior to establishing Caliber, Kevin held the position of Corporate Director of Facilities Project Management for Allegheny Health Network, overseeing all construction at numerous hospitals and outpatient facilities, and supervising a staff of project managers. His experience as a client and recipient of Construction Management services provides a superior understanding and appreciation of the needs of Caliber’s clients and of the interface between the project and the ongoing business operations of client organization.
Kevin earned an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, and a BS in Structural Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, he holds credentials as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional, and Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) Certified Professional.
