About Project
This project involved the renovation of an existing building originally constructed in 1971 along with a one-story addition to the existing structure. The scope of work included selective interior demolition, concrete sidewalks & curbs, exterior wood panels, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler fire alarm, security systems, and earthwork to prepare for the new addition. Caliber worked to ensure all necessary documentation was submitted and all requirements were met for the execution of this CITF funded project.
