About Project
This project involved the selective demolition and renovation of existing classrooms to create a new STREAM Suite in an existing school in Pittsburgh, PA. The scope of work included selective demolition, new lab casework, acoustical cloud panels, as well as renovations to the fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, & electric systems in selective areas. Caliber worked closely with the architects and the St. Bede Parish to finalize the design for the renovation and select all finishes and furniture. Different specialty finishes were utilized throughout the renovation, such as the tectum cloud panels and whiteboard painted walls in the “explore capsule”.
